Buyer Responsibilities:

• Buyer assumes 100% ownership of products purchased from Tactical Paintball and Airsoft and related websites.

• Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using a products purchased.

• Buyer agrees not to alter and modify any product or remove the orange tip on any Airsoft replica.

• Buyer agrees to wear proper eye safety and ensure that all bystanders have proper eye safety prior to operating an Airsoft replica.

• Buyer will hold Tactical Paintball and Airsoft, LLC, its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.

• Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (Observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)

• Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with Tactical Paintball and Airsoft are sourced in Connecticut, where any future disputes will take place.
  
   

In Store Returns:
 

• Returns are only allowed within 30 days, that is, if your item is in its original packaging, and has not been used or tampered with. 

 

• If your item has been tampered with or used, there will not be any refund or exchange. 

 

• If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,  we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
   

• We do not provide returns to individuals who make impulse purchases and wish to return said purchased item (with obvious signs of use) days after. We completely discourage this immoral business practice. There will be zero refund for scenarios like this. If you wish to put it on our wall to sell as a now USED item via consignment, you may certainly do so.

• All online returns require a RMA# before being returned. Unauthorized returns will be discarded if unclaimed with 30 days.
   

• Please complete a return request on our RMA page. One of our service representatives will respond to better assist you or you can e-mail tacticalpaintballct@gmail.com directly for further assistance.

 

Limited or NO Warranty items

• Usage of low quality BBs will cause extensive damage to internal components and void warranty. We recommend using 0.20g BBs at a minimum.
   

• Warranty does not cover aftermarket internal parts once installed. Manufacturer defects must be documented prior to installation. Warranty does not cover damage as a result of defective parts.
   

• Custom "built-to-order" items include limited-warranty and are subject to repair only.
   

• Low-value economical Airsoft guns under $60.00, and batteries are not covered under warranty.
   

• Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
   

• Warranty must be filed with their respective manufacturers.
   

• Items not purchased from Tactical Paintball and Airsoft

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tacticalpainballct@gmail.com and we will give you directions as to how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
